Timothée Chalamet's latest courtside look was blinding.

The actor, 30, headed to Cleveland, Ohio, to support the New York Knicks at their game against the Cavaliers on May 25. His outing with Kylie Jenner not only cemented the couple's status as a courtside fixture but doubled as a masterclass in jewelry.

Chalamet typically cheers on his favorite basketball team in merch mixed with casual pieces, but recently he glitzed up his uniform with a statement diamond necklace by jeweler Alex Moss.

Moss, who is a New Yorker like the Golden Globe winner, says the St. Mark Necklace Chalamet wore to the match boasted over 3,500 diamonds that were handset onto a 14K rose gold and white gold chain. Weighing in at nearly 25 carats, the piece debuted within Moss' first collection, Cathedral of Dreams, and is described as a "signature link." They can retail anywhere between $25,000 to $250,000-plus, adds Moss.

Chalamet connected with Moss through his stylist, Taylor McNeill. "He came to the store in our SoHo location, which is super cool because he's a real New Yorker, and we just chopped it up a bit in the showroom. I showed him a bunch of stuff. We went through maybe five or seven different necklaces, and this is the one he landed on," Moss tells PEOPLE.

The celebrity jewelry designer — who made Hailey Bieber's "Jack" anklet and North West's diamond skull necklace from Kim Kardashian — says Chalamet's style has an effortless cool to it. "I feel like he really has a good understanding of style and taste," says Moss. "Timothée was super cool and humble, and it just felt like someone I grew up with in New York."

This isn't the first time Chalamet's jewelry has garnered attention. For his and Jenner's debut at the Golden Globes in 2024, he wore a 2013 Cartier Collection necklace that she couldn't keep her hands off of, which made for a sweet moment.
