Patrick J. Adams doesn't know if Meghan Markle has seen his current Instagram bio, but he's pretty sure she would be judging him *hard* if she had.
During an appearance on the *Not Skinny But Not Fat* podcast on Tuesday, Adams told host Amanda Hirsch that his former *Suits* costar would definitely give him a big ol' eye roll over the bio, which reads: "The other guy from that show that you're watching on that app because that girl married that prince."
"It's the sort of thing that, wherever Meghan is, if she's ever read that, she's going, 'Patrick, come on,'" he said. "I got a lot of eye rolls — that was a constant with Meghan. Just a lot of rolling her eyes at me, like, 'Oh my God, what are you doing?'"
Adams remarked that while Markle has "never" said anything about the bio, he's been thinking about changing the description. Hirsch shot the idea down. "You cannot change it! It would be bad luck," she insisted.

Adams and Hirsch also discussed Markle's As Ever brand and the fact that he did not receive a jar of his former costar's jam.
"I don't have enough followers, I don't think," he quipped, with Hirsch admitting she received the spread and flower sprinkles and that Adams just needs to "get on the list."
Hirsch shared that she was sent the gift after expressing concern for Markle amid the release of her Netflix show, *With Love, Meghan*.
"I haven't met her," Hirsch told Adams, explaining that Markle sent her a handwritten note thanking her for the support. "The way that happened was that her show was coming out, and I had said on my Instagram, where I say stupid s***, that I am worried for Meghan ... I'm worried this trailer will have people at her throat again."
Patrick J. Adams left 'Suits' to focus on marriage to Troian Bellisario

Hirsch mentioned that Adams has also been "protective over [Markle] in the past," to which he replied, "What she's gone through is insane."
Adams and Markle played love interests Mike Ross and Rachel Zane, respectively, on *Suits* for seven seasons. She left the show ahead of her royal marriage to Prince Harry in 2018, while Adams exited to focus on his relationship with wife Troian Bellisario.

Although Adams revealed on a Reddit thread in October 2024 that he and the Duchess of Sussex "are not really in touch" — since she "leads a very different life now for obvious and important reasons" — he did note that Markle reached out after hearing about his and Sarah Rafferty's rewatch podcast for *Suits*.
"Upon hearing about the podcast, I got a lovely text, saying how excited she was for us and asking how she could help in any way," Adams wrote, adding that it was "so lovely to still have that kind of support and friendship after so many years apart."
