WWE star Logan Paul confirmed he suffered a significant triceps injury that required surgery and will keep him out of action for an extended period of time.
The viral wrestler was injured in the World Tag Team Championship match at Saturday Night's Main Event on May 23, teaming with fellow member of The Vision, Austin Theory, against the Street Profits in Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford. Paul and Theory won, but during the match, Dawkins did a dive out of the ring onto Paul. He awkwardly landed on his arms and was holding onto his left elbow.
Paul's injury was reported on the May 25 edition of Raw, and on May 27, he revealed on Instagram he tore his triceps and got surgery, sharing a photo of his gruesome scar.
"Tore my tricep, got surgery while wide awake, told doc I wanna feel it all," he wrote.
WWE said Paul would be out for several months, and Paul confirmed he was told he will have a six month recovery. However, he said "I don’t believe them" and plans to be back "in a couple weeks."

It's a setback for Paul, who was in the most active stretch of his professional wrestling career. He's had a consistent presence since joining The Vision in November, which eventually led to him and Theory becoming the World Tag Team Champions on March 30.
The injury put their championship status in jeopardy. However, The Vision will be using the freebird rule, which allows anyone from a stable to be recognized as champion when it's in their possession. Therefore, Theory and Bron Breakker are the current title holders.
This is the most significant and second injury to happen to Paul in his wrestling career. In November 2022, he suffered a meniscus and MCL injury in the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel, which cemented Paul as a certified wrestler.
It's also another injury for The Vision, which has dealt with nearly every member being sidelined. Breakker (hernia) and Bronson Reed (biceps) suffered injuries in February that forced them out of action for multiple months. Breakker returned at WrestleMania 42 in April, while Reed is still out of action.
