So, Ed Sheeran and Draco Malfoy walk into a bar...
Over the weekend, the Grammy winner, 34, delivered an impromptu performance of his own song "Perfect" at Asia Roma karaoke bar in New York City while hanging out with Harry Potter star Tom Felton.
Sheeran sported his own Play album merchandise and a New York Yankees hat as he sat at the corner of the bar and sang the chart-topping 2017 hit into a microphone, according to videos shared by the business on Saturday, Dec. 13.

Glasses of beer sat on the bar in front of both Sheeran and Felton, who can be seen recording the moment for himself, per the videos taken by staff. At one point, the "Bad Habits" artist tried to get the bartender to join in by exclaiming, "You gotta sing it, too!"
The moment seemingly occurred shortly after Sheeran's headlining performance at the Z100 Jingle Ball at Madison Square Garden in N.Y.C. on Friday, Dec. 12. At the show, he played hits including "Perfect," "Shivers," "Shape of You," "Azizam" and "Bad Habits."
Felton, 38, is currently reprising the role of Malfoy in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway.
Sheeran's latest album, Play, was released in September. Last month, he shared the project's "super deluxe" version with 14 additional songs and explained the concept on Instagram.

"It was so hard to choose the songs for this album, it was such a vast creative experience, but going to india brought it all together," he began. "I wanted to put on the songs that had been created outside of India too. There’s 14 songs that aren’t on the main album, which is kind of an album in itself, so I hope you have fun digging into them. They’re different themes, genres, collaborators, but all within the Play sphere."
The "Thinking Out Loud" musician continued, "When I make albums I deep dive into as much as I can and whittle down, but sometimes you love some songs so much they have to see the light of day. This is what this deluxe is. 2025 is coming to an end now, it was the year of Play for me. Next year we start the Loop tour and il be finishing whatever is next. Thank you so much for all the love this year its been incredible."
